I'll go thru a phase where I post alot and vent...but we are all at different levels of exiting, Some are over it and just leave others just want some friends.

Is it Growth or Boredom?
by AK - Jeff inlately i have been perusing the forum, and finding that i have little interest in most topics.
jw doctrine is old hat, my basic bitterness over that whole thing is fading, the fluff is of little interest to me.
i am dismayed to see that the ugly heads of prophets have risen from the ranks to be frequently on the first page of active topics, and i hope that others are not falling for other 'false prophets' after having discovered jw's to be such.

I demand God's love...he left me here on earth for my entire life, never comunicated directly with me, never gave me a sign that he cares or is there...left me in a suffering world to prove a point, what parent would do that? and then promises to destroy my if I doubt him or make a mistake, even though there are thousands of religions to chose from.

genesis doesn't suggest that they were specific time periods, but shows that one "day" extended into others.
i feel that the clue is in the words; "and there was an evening and there was a morning, a first day.

JCannon dazzling you with lots of words but not saying much, again! NO WHERE IN THE BIBLE DOES IT SAY HOW LONG THE REST DAY IS. We are in his rest day but it could be 9,000 or 15,000 or 144,000 years long ASUMMING something does not make it fact.

i posted one topic in the "relationships" section of this board, but just wanted to say a few words, and introduce myself, i am tank.
i was just curious, this is a jw board, i was expecting to find 80% of the members, or posts, to be of diehard, hardcore jw's, trying to preach there beliefs or there views, but yet, almost every thread i read has to do with someone leaving, already left, or a story of when they left, nonetheless, all the stories lead away from the jw religion.
